Where can I buy tickets to Jikoni dinner parties?
All tickets for our dinner parties and culinary events are sold on Tock. Head to our business page to see what events are upcoming, or sign up to our waitlist to get early-access to all our future ticket drops!
What happens if it rains for my patio reservation?
If the clouds look like they may roll in, we’ll contact you at least 24 hours before the dinner party to help you reschedule to a future date of the same value, or process a full refund — whichever you prefer. If all future dates are sold out, you’ll get priority for new spots and first access to our next ticket drop!
What is the dinner party cancellation and refund policy?
As our dinners have limited seating and each menu is thoughtfully prepared for a specific number of guests, we require advance notice for changes.
More than 72 hours before the event: You may request a full refund or one-time date change, and we’re happy to help accommodate you.
Within 72 hours of the event: Tickets become non-refundable, as ingredients have been purchased and our team and menu preparations have been finalized.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. If you are unable to attend within the 72-hour window, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest.
Please email us at events@jikoni.co with the name, phone number, email, and any allergen information of the guest you want to transfer your ticket to. Please note that we are unable to accommodate new dietary requests made within 3 days of the reservation.
The original reservation holder remains responsible for the booking.
How can I book for a large group or celebration?
Thursdays are designed for milestones and corporate dinners. For an intimate gathering, you can book 6 seats for a private table inside. Planning a larger event? You can secure the entire patio (12 seats) by emailing events@jikoni.co before our monthly ticket drop to get ahead of the crowd.
